I thrive at the nexus of learning, technology, and design.

About

Who I am. I blur the lines between learning design, UX, and content strategy to create experiences that feel intuitive, human, and beautifully clear.

I’m a Learning Experience Designer with 8+ years of experience transforming complex information into meaningful, scalable learning experiences. My work lives at the intersection of instructional design, UX, and data, where clarity becomes confidence and content becomes action.

I am passionate about using all available tools, from cutting-edge tech to collaborative design processes, to help people reach their full potential. Throughout my career, I’ve led large-scale projects from concept to implementation, mentored peers and interns, and cultivated thriving relationships. I naturally gravitate toward helping others grow, which aligns with my mission to empower learners.

My process & approach to solving problems. I design with a simple belief: learning should reduce friction, not create it.

Across my career, I’ve helped organizations of 26,000+ employees improve performance, streamline processes, and adopt emerging technologies — from VR onboarding to leadership communication systems. I use empathy interviews, content audits, and user research to understand how people think, feel, and learn. Then I use information architecture, content strategy, and UX patterns to shape experiences that guide them with clarity.

I’ve redesigned communication ecosystems for hundreds of leaders, built scenario‑based learning that improves real‑world decision‑making, and created tools that help instructional designers work with more confidence. I love simplifying the complicated, whether that’s a workflow, a message, or a learning journey.

How I work with people. Collaboration is a cornerstone of my work. I thrive on building authentic relationships with peers, SMEs, and stakeholders. Data is a core part of my process. I collaborate with analysts, use APIs and xAPI tracking, and apply evaluation models to understand what’s working and where learners struggle. Those insights shape my content decisions, refine my designs, and help teams scale learning with intention. I’m also committed to growing others. I’ve mentored junior designers, coached learners 1:1, and reviewed over 100 portfolios to help instructional designers strengthen their visual and content skills.

What we can accomplish. At the heart of everything I create is a blend of clarity, structure, and humanity. When content, UX, and learning design blur together, people don’t just understand, they feel empowered to act.

Anything, everything, and more. I’m always game for a challenge—whether it’s signing up for a casual 117-mile race or taming a wild river (no big deal, right?). Honestly, my fiercest competition is usually… me. My Learner strength means I’m constantly picking up new tricks, whether it’s throwing pottery, writing code, or figuring out the best way to keep my dog, Sage, from outsmarting me (spoiler: she usually wins). Thanks to my Adaptability, I can roll with whatever life throws my way—whether it’s trying out a quirky new art technique or sampling food in a country I’ve never been to. If there’s something new to learn or explore, count me in!

Here are a few of those things and experiences through images.
